We want you to be satisfied with every GhostDawg AI purchase. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for each product category. All refund requests should be directed to billing@ghostdawgconsulting.com.

How to Cancel Your VCSaaS Subscription

  1. Go to the Billing Portal page on our site.
  2. Click “Open Billing Portal” — this will redirect you to Stripe’s secure Customer Portal.
  3. In the Stripe portal, click “Cancel plan” or “Cancel subscription.”
  4. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

You can also update your payment method, view past invoices, and download receipts through the Billing Portal.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@ghostdawgconsulting.com with:

  • Your name and email address associated with the purchase
  • The product/service purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
