Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every GhostDawg AI purchase. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for each product category. All refund requests should be directed to billing@ghostdawgconsulting.com.
VCSaaS Subscriptions (Starter / Growth / Command)
- Cancel anytime through the Billing Portal.
- Your access continues through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
- No refunds after your billing date has passed for that cycle.
- Resubscribe anytime at ghostdawgai.com/vcsaas.
Discovery Call ($197) / Strategy Session / Consulting Package / Monthly Retainer
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if work has not commenced.
- No refund once work has begun (including scheduling of the call/session).
- Partial refund may be granted at GhostDawg’s discretion for extenuating circumstances.
AI Business Audit ($997)
- Full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- No refund once the audit process begins. Audits typically begin within 3 business days of purchase.
- The audit process is considered “begun” once your intake form is reviewed and work is assigned to our team.
LaunchPad Suite (Task / Query / Ignition)
- Refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- No refund once a project intake form is submitted and work has been assigned.
- Due to the rapid-turnaround nature of LaunchPad, work assignment may begin immediately.
AI Foundations ($500)
- No refund once course materials have been accessed.
- If materials have not been accessed, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
How to Cancel Your VCSaaS Subscription
- Go to the Billing Portal page on our site.
- Click “Open Billing Portal” — this will redirect you to Stripe’s secure Customer Portal.
- In the Stripe portal, click “Cancel plan” or “Cancel subscription.”
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
You can also update your payment method, view past invoices, and download receipts through the Billing Portal.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@ghostdawgconsulting.com with:
- Your name and email address associated with the purchase
- The product/service purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
